In the beginning, there was nothing — no sky, no land, no animals — just darkness.
Then God spoke, and everything began!
Day 1: God made light. He called it day, and the darkness He called night.
Day 2: God made the big blue sky.
Day 3: God made the land, seas, plants, and trees.
Day 4: God made the sun, moon, and all the stars.
Day 5: God made the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky.
Day 6: God made all the animals — big and small. Then, God made man and woman (Adam and Eve) in His own image, to care for His creation.
Day 7: God rested. He looked at everything He made, and it was very good!
God made the world with love and care. And He made us special — to love Him and take care of the earth.
Let’s thank God for His beautiful creation.
Dear God, thank You for the world You made — the light and sky, the land and sea, the animals and people. Thank You for making us special. Help us take care of Your creation. Amen
